When you use the Ready Hardware mobile application or website, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Details: Name, email address, password hash, and billing phone number.
- Shipping Addresses: Delivery area, block, street, house/building number, and optional GPS coordinates.
- Device & Diagnostics: OneSignal push notification tokens, device model, operating system version, and client crash logs.
- Camera & Photo Access: Images captured for product review uploads or QR code parcel label scanning (accessed only upon explicit user permission).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to fulfill order commitments and enhance app performance:
- Processing transactions and dispatching delivery drivers across Kuwait.
- Sending real-time order status updates (e.g. Out for Delivery, Order Delivered).
- Estimating precise shipping costs based on distance.
- Providing customer support and processing product returns.
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared exclusively with necessary service providers:
- OneSignal: Push notification delivery.
- Google Firebase: Authentication & safety monitoring.
- Payment Gateways (KNET / Credit Card): Encrypted transaction processing.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain full control over your data. You can request complete deletion of your account and personal records at any time directly inside the app under Account > Delete Account, or via our web portal at Data Deletion Request.
